FalconViz Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training program in the event that the minimum required number of participants is not met. In such cases, all trainees who have registered and completed payment will be given the option to either:
- Receive a full refund of the course fee, or
- Transfer their registration to a future course date of their choice (subject to availability).

FalconViz Academy will notify affected participants at the earliest possible time and will ensure all necessary support is provided to facilitate refunds or rescheduling.
