FalconViz Academy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FalconViz Academy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (the "Site") and our services, including courses, training programs, and other materials (the "Services") provided by FalconViz Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site or Services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable3 local, national, or international law or regulation, including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site or Services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Services without our express written consent.

3. User Accounts

4. Course Enrollment and Fees

Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and payment of applicable fees. Course fees are Refund Policy:
• Cancellations from the trainees’ side are permitted up to two weeks prior to the course. In case of cancellation two weeks or more prior to course commencement, the trainee is entitled to a refund of all fees paid less a 25% admin fee.
• If a trainee cancels less than two weeks before course commencement, the trainee is not eligible for any refund.
• FalconViz reserves the right to cancel any course if the minimum number of trainees is not reached or if there are any unforeseen circumstances which may prevent us from conducting this training course safely and efficiently. If FalconViz cancels the course, trainees will have the choice to register in another intake or will be entitled to a full refund.. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses at our discretion.
The price doesn’t include travel, accommodation, or logistics for trainees.
The price doesn’t include any hardware or software purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FalconViz Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including those of Saudi Arabia. You may not use any content from our Site or Services without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable.
